Project Requirements
|
Below are some very basic requirements I'd like you to keep in mind as you work on your project. Remember that you will be making a 5-7 minute presentation to your classmates near the end of the semester, and you will want to have a presentation that puts your topic in the best light possible.
At a minimum, your project should have:
an introduction that explains your interest in the topic and an explanation of the topic itself.
links to at least 5 external resources dealing with your topic.
Each link should be accompanied by a brief description of what kind of information the resource contains. You should also indicate how the resource relates to your topic and your assessment of how accurate and useful the resource is.
Other than these two requirements, the assignment is wide open. I'm not stipulating that you need to use TABLES, LISTS, or any other HTML construct, only that you should use what makes sense for your project.
The web server that we are using does have limited file space. Feel free to use images, but do try and keep the number of them fairly small.
Finally, be aware that in general you should not download images or other information off the Internet for use in your pages unless the site author gives you permission to do so.
Criteria for Project Evaluation

The following criteria will be used to evaluate your projects.
