When drawing shadows we need to keep track of several things:
We need to restrict the shadow to the polygon(s) in the shadow plane
Shadow color should blend black or gray with color of surface on which the shadow falls.
Since the last concern is addressed by blending colors, we need to make sure we only draw each part of the shadow once.
